The Canadian Government requires individuals to be registered for the meeting and have their hotel accommodations secured before submitting a request for an invitation letter.
Abstracts & Posters
AUTHOR NOTIFICATION: Submitting and presenting authors will receive the following emails:
1. Authors and co-authors will receive a confirmation email when the abstract is submitted.
2. Notification of acceptance or rejection (approximately January 15, 2026).
3. Notification of final assignment in the program (approximately January 22, 2026).
4. NOTE: Some authors may receive an email requesting revisions to their abstract. Revisions requests will be sent approximately January 7, 2026.
WPC 2026 Oral presentation Guidelines
All presenters are required to upload their PowerPoint slide presentation in
advance or on-site. Please upload presentations by July 10 , 2026 using the link below:

You will also be able to upload your presentation on-site one day prior to your
presentation time. We highly recommend uploading the presentation in advance.
