The Canadian Government requires individuals to be registered for the meeting and have their hotel accommodations secured before submitting a request for an invitation letter.

Abstracts & Posters

AUTHOR NOTIFICATION: Submitting and presenting authors will receive the following emails:

1. Authors and co-authors will receive a confirmation email when the abstract is submitted.

2. Notification of acceptance or rejection (approximately January 15, 2026).

3. Notification of final assignment in the program (approximately January 22, 2026).

4. NOTE: Some authors may receive an email requesting revisions to their abstract. Revisions requests will be sent approximately January 7, 2026.
